What a Session Looks Like 

You don’t need to tell your life story. 
You don’t need to go back over painful memories. 
You don’t need to share anything you’d rather keep private. 

All I need to know is the general issue you want to change; nothing more. 

If we agree hypnosis would be helpful, we can use it. 
If not, we don’t – it’s entirely your choice. 

When hypnosis is used, I induce gentle hypnosis to help your mind: 

  • release old responses 

  • reduce emotional intensity 

  • shift unhelpful patterns 

  • create a calmer, more resourceful inner state 

You stay fully aware and fully in control throughout the process. Most people describe it as:

Sessions can be in person or online – both work equally well.

Do I Need to Use Hypnosis for Leadership or Wellbeing Work? 

No, absolutely not. 

Some clients come specifically for hypnosis. 
Others prefer not to use it at all. 

Your comfort and preference always lead the way, and I only use hypnosis when: 

  • you want to 

  • and we agree it will genuinely support the change you’re looking for 

There is never any pressure or expectation. 

My Approach 

I don’t do hype, high-energy motivation, or anything fluffy.  My work is grounded, calm, and focused on real, lasting change.   

I trained in advanced hypnosis with Ali Campbell, one of the UK’s most respected hypnotherapists and trainers. The training programme was fully accredited by the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and recognised by the International Association of Counsellors & Therapists (IACT).  

Everything I do is tailored to what feels comfortable, appropriate, and genuinely helpful for you.
